However, if you do have pre-existing medical conditions resulting in heart, lung or breathing problems, or very low blood pressure, we do not recommend using our mouth tape. Additionally, if you are obese or have a BMI over 35, we do not recommend using our mouth tape. If you have, or believe you have any of these conditions and wish to use Slumbr mouth tape, we strongly suggest you speak with a medical professional before using. Please note medical conditions are not limited to what has been mentioned here, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please seek medical advice before usage. If you are unsure whether mouth taping is right for you, we recommend speaking with a medical professional as well. To trial our mouth tape, we recommend using it for a few hours when you’re awake to get a nice feel for it or even use it when taking a nap for a few hours.

You may not think so, but using mouth tape with a stuffy nose is very helpful! It will help clear up your nose naturally, while reducing mucus from building up. If you happen to have a cold or sinus infection, we do not recommend you use mouth tape and we suggest seeking medical advice.
